Custom Orders Information

Please provide us with a sketch, dimensions and a brief description of the item. We do not take custom orders over the phone. You can email, mail, fax it or come in person and someone will call you within a day or two with a price quote. Custom orders take approximately 7-14 days to build and we require a prepayment when placing the order. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Ordering Information: If you wish to order any items on our website, you can let us know by e-mailing us with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the items that you are interested in and we will get back to you in a day or so, or simply drop by our showroom and see everything for yourself. We're open MON - FRI 10-7, SAT 10-6, SUN 12-5

For Directions, click here. We do deliver in the Greater Boston Area, and there is a fee depending on the location and the number of items ordered. Otherwise, we ship via UPS Ground.
