Here's How It Works
Most projects start with an idea, a few measurements, and a conversation. From there, we'll guide you through the design, building, and delivery process every step of the way.
Step 1: Share your vision
Most projects begin with a phone call, an email, or a visit to our showroom. Some customers bring sketches, others bring room dimensions, photos of their space, or inspiration images they've saved along the way.
Wherever you're starting, that's enough. We'll talk through your ideas, answer questions, and help shape a plan that fits your home and your needs.
Step 2: Review your options
Once we've talked through your project, we'll prepare a detailed quote based on the design, dimensions, materials, and finish options we've discussed.
We'll review everything together, answer any questions, and make sure the proposal feels right for your home and your budget. You'll have time to think it over—we typically honor our quotes for three months.
Step 3: See it before we build
Once your order is placed, we'll create drawings and renderings of your project so you can see how everything comes together before construction begins.
Many customers are surprised to learn that they don't need a finalized design before placing an order. The drawings are part of the process, and this is the time to make adjustments. Whether you'd like to change a dimension, add a feature, or refine the design, we'll work through those details together before anything is built.
Step 4: Delivery Day
Once your furniture is complete, we'll schedule delivery and bring it to your home fully assembled. Our team will place the piece where it belongs so all that's left for you to do is enjoy it.
For built-ins, wall units, and other projects that become part of the home, we can help coordinate installation to ensure the finished project looks like it has always belonged.
