Refund policy

Bostonwood Furniture is a small family run business specializing in natural wood furniture built in New England.

We thank you for supporting a locally owned and operated business.

All our furniture is built for you to enjoy for years to come.

Our return policy allows for any order to be changed or canceled within 72 hours of placing your order.

All changes need to be accompanied by an invoice.

All sales on custom, made to order, or finished pieces are final once the above 72 hour window has lapsed.

Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was received with the exception of cash payments being issued via check.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue with the piece so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
