Each Berkshire hutch is built from real birch hardwood with cabinet-grade plywood where it adds strength and stability.

If you prefer another wood species—maple, red oak, white oak, cherry, or walnut—just reach out and we’ll review options and pricing together.

Will it fit my space?

Yes. Every Berkshire hutch is built to order, so you can choose from our popular sizes or have us match your exact measurements.

Standard depth is 12″ from top to bottom. If you’re working with an alcove or a tight spot, we can adjust the dimensions.

Before we build, we’ll review the measurements with you to make sure everything fits just right.

What finishes can I choose?

We offer a curated range of paints and stains that work beautifully in both modern and traditional New England homes. Each finish is applied by hand to highlight the natural character of the wood.

We’ll also follow up about hardware options, or you’re welcome to provide your own.

If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to walk you through samples and help you find the right look.
